We ship from Poland. We are the manufacturer of IOD Performance Brand – all orders are processed without intermediaries, after receiving funds on account, tpay, stripe. IOD Performance brand products are shipped within 24h-48h, with delivery up to 3 working days in PL, 5 days in EU.
We deliver products of other brands to you within 4-7 working days in PL and EU.
Some products have an individual shipping cost because they are always shipped in a separate package. Due to their size or packaging method, no additional items can be added to the same parcel, even small ones. This applies to items such as ladders, tanks, roof racks, rear and front bumpers, long-arm control arms, gearbox crossmembers, expedition grids, and external side steps. For these products, the shipping cost is fixed and charged separately, regardless of the total order weight or value — for example, if you order a roof rack and an item under 3 kg, you will receive two separate packages.
Shipping outside the European Union – only after individual pricing. Make a purchase, instead of payment you will see “quote” – Click Quote! Wait for our quote, and you will receive an email with the shipping cost, your purchases, and a link to payment and to complete the order on which you choose, online payment, bank transfer, EURO, PLN.
The price excludes VAT (0%) in english site. In Polish price includes VAT (23%). The final amount and VAT rate will be calculated in the shopping cart after you provide your delivery address.
For EU customers: VAT in the destination country will be added (in accordance with the One Stop Shop – OSS procedure – Same as VAT in your receiving country.
For customers outside the EU: the price will be excluding VAT 0%.
For companies with an active VIES number end outside the EU – price excluding VAT 0%.
We pack goods in packages up to 30 kg – if your order exceeds this weight, the system will automatically charge the cost of the next package. The maximum total weight of your order is 90 kg. Above this value we prepare an individual shipping quote to make your shipping cost as low as possible.
Shipping cost depends on the country of delivery and the weight of the shipment: (up to 30 kg) – 1 parcel.
Poland (PL) – PLN 30 up to 10 kg / PLN 30 up to 20 kg / PLN 35 up to 30 kg
