This will allow us to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.<h4><strong>1. At the time of delivery:<\/strong><\/h4><p>If the packaging is <strong>damaged (e.g. dents, tears, signs of moisture)<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>Please <strong>do not refuse the shipment<\/strong>, but <strong>fill out a damage report<\/strong> with the courier (this is required by the carrier).<\/li><li><strong>The report should include:<\/strong><\/li><li>the date of delivery,<\/li><li>a description of the package and\/or contents damage,<\/li><li>signatures of the courier and the recipient.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><em><br \/>Note:<\/em><\/strong><\/span> the lack of a report may hinder or prevent a successful claim with the courier.<\/p><ul><li>Take <strong>photos<\/strong> of the following:<ul><li>the entire package from the outside (with the visible shipping label),<\/li><li>the inside of the packaging,<\/li><li>a close-up of the damaged item,<\/li><li>keep the <strong>original packaging<\/strong> and its contents until the claim process is completed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Send the photos and a short description of the damage by <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/iodperformance.com\/en\/returns-and-complaints\/complaints\/\">filling out this form.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong><br \/>2. After receiving the shipment (even if it appeared undamaged from the outside):<\/strong><\/h4><p>If you discover that the <strong>product inside is damaged<\/strong> after opening the package, please:<\/p><ul><li>Take <strong>photos<\/strong> of:<ul><li>the entire package from the outside (with the visible shipping label),<\/li><li>the inside of the packaging,<\/li><li>a close-up of the damaged item.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Keep the <strong>original packaging<\/strong> and its contents until the claim process is completed,<\/li><li>Send the photos and a short description by <strong style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/iodperformance.com\/en\/returns-and-complaints\/complaints\/\">filling out this form.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong><br \/>3.
